My biggest challenge so far is a 24 km sponsored hike for mountain rescue. I have recently tried kayaking and climbing and want to do more. When I’m not outdoors, you’ll either find me reading or creating something or other. My favourite forms of creativity include writing, drawing and playing my guitar.

Hi, my name is Samuel, I’m twelve years old and my passion is the outdoors. I love everything outdoorsy, whether it be hiking, watching birds, insects, observing mosses, lichen and fungi or just getting muddy for the sake of it; I’m in my element when outdoors, the only place I really feel like me. Hiking is my favourite though as I get to do it all at the same time.
